Short Description:

1. Main structure
Cold-rolled steel forging frame:
The five-pointed star outline is made of Ø8-12mm cold-rolled steel bending and welding, and the triangular support frame is reinforced at the corners. The load-bearing strength is ≥50kg/㎡, and the surface is pickled and phosphated + electrostatic sprayed (thickness ≥80μm), and the anti-rust life is ＞10 years.
The cross-shaped reinforcement rib design on the back improves wind resistance (can withstand level 10 wind) and is suitable for strong wind environments such as viaducts.
2. Surface decoration layer
Composite satin covering:
Outer layer: customized color-woven jacquard satin (polyester accounts for ≥70%), which is waterproof and anti-fouling (UV resistance level 5) after nano-coating treatment to ensure long-term outdoor non-fading.
Three-dimensional edging process:
The star-shaped edge is made of silicone soft edging (width 3cm) to buffer collision and hide the seams of LED light strips.
3. Intelligent lighting system
Multi-channel LED matrix:
Waterproof LED light strips (IP68) are embedded along the inner edge of the five-pointed star, each side is independently controlled, supports 16 million colors of RGBW mixed light, and the brightness can be adjusted from 10% to 100%.
Dynamic control core:
Realize the star cluster synchronization effect and support voice control/timing/remote multi-mode management.
